American Public Accountants Institute asked Bitcoin To declare Income Tax
In a letter to the IRLS the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants asked to start filing taxes on the digital currency Bitcoin exploitation. However this currency should not be taxed by as originally planned because it was created as an alternative currency for transfereces without interference from outside entities thus being a decentralized currency.
Bitcoin has been targeted by various governments in the world and it has great potential as an alternative economic system that could jeopardize the financial ecosystem as it is now known, governments depend on taxes paid by citizens for the proper functioning of their respective nations the use of digital currency Bitcoin has led some governments want to impose taxes on this cryptocurrency.
The United States of America might become the first country to declare taxable Bitcoin to the tax system since in 2014 this currency is classified as an asset but the date has not been formalized such regulation, which is why the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants requested through a letter to clarify 10 issues digital currencies that otherwise could create audit problems.
