New TV series based on a cryptocurrency

“StartUp” is the name of a new series that is producing Crackle, which is based on a cryptocurrency called GenCoin.

StartUp is the story of an innovative business idea which ends up involved with a gang of criminals of Haitian origin for wanting to achieve expansion and adoption in the world of business and finance. This makes the FBI begins an investigation about all of them and the circle in which transactions are handled.


Crackle is a network of multiplatform video, owned by Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE), which offers all kinds of movies and TV series, and does not measure the amount of content you can bequeath to see when you want through your use device. Currently is the competition #1 of Netflix, and in that fight to become the best, has engaged the new technology and the most watched in the world today to use as strategy and achieve an impact to raise its growth.

The series starred by the actors Adam Brody and Martin Freeman, has already announced 10 episodes for the first season. Therefore, it does not seem that it will be difficult to attract the attention of enthusiastic audience of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency.

In the trailer you can’t observe much is happening, but according to Variety, the show “explores what happens when a brilliant idea but controversial technology is incubated on the wrong side of the tracks by three unknown that does not necessarily fit in the mold of technology entrepreneurs.”
